Signed with Arizona Western College out of high school, where he hit over .400 with 10 HR and 78 RBI in 2 years—named to the All-ACCAC team both years and NJCAA team USA.  I played at Florida International University for two years, leading the team with a .340 average, 20 doubles, and 10 home runs.

Currently playing for the St. Louis Cardinals Organization.
